How does the process work when selling my house to you?

The process is very simple. You can either fill out the fast offer form below or call to give us some information about the house you want to sell. If the house is one that would fit our investment criteria we will schedule an appointment with you to see the house. When we meet with you at the house we walk through and see if any repairs or other changes are necessary. After the walk through, we can usually make you an offer on the spot. If we come to an agreement on a price, we will write up a contract, sign it, and send it to the closing attorney. The attorney will then prepare all of the necessary documents for the closing. After all of the paperwork is signed at closing, you'll receive your money for the house and you can go on about your life.

Do you buy houses that need a lot of repairs?

Of course. Most of the houses we buy need repairs. Don't worry about any level of repairs, we can handle anything. So far, we have yet to walk away from a house because it needed too many repairs, or because the repairs were too expensive.

Do you buy houses that don't need any repairs?

Absolutely. If your house is in perfect condition and you would still like to get an offer, then fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we'll contact you about an offer.

How long does it take to get an offer?

We can usually make an offer the day we are able to get in the house to check it out. So, the sooner you can meet us there or give access to it, the sooner we can make an offer.

How long does it take to sell my house and get the money?

If necessary, we can close in as fast as 5 days. Typically, we schedule closing for 2-3 weeks but are willing to set it to be whenever is convenient for you. So whether you want to close within a week or a month, we can usually accommodate your preferences.

Are there any fees if I sell my house to you?

We do NOT charge fees to you to buy your house. We make our money with the investment and do not need to make any by charging you a commission.

If I request an offer from you, am I obligated to sell you my house?

Absolutely not! You have nothing to lose. It doesn't hurt to see what we can offer you for your house. So why not give us a call?

Will you still buy my house even if there is a tenant living there?

Yes. Even if the house has a tenant, with or without a lease, we are still interested in making you an offer to buy the house. No problem.

What if I am behind on my taxes or my mortgage?

No worries. We can take care of any back property taxes that you owe. And if you are behind on your mortgage then we can take care of that for you as well. There are many different avenues we can use to make sure you get paid for the sale of your house, so the more information you can give us about your property and your current mortgage situation, the more purchase options we can offer you.

Do you buy houses anywhere outside of Atlanta?

We do! We have bought properties as far east as Augusta and as far south as Brunswick. The main counties we focus on are Barrow, Dawson, Dekalb, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Jackson, Oconee, and Walton. However, if you have a house that is not in one of these counties then we are still open to buying it.
